Teresa completed her Office Administration Certificate in 2012 and brings valuable experience and knowledge of the physiotherapy field to North Shore Wellness. With a genuine passion for helping others, she enjoys being part of a team dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming experience for every patient.

Having grown up in Colborne, Teresa has strong roots in the local community and is now raising her own family in the same town she has always called home. Her friendly personality and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of the team. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
