Denise Holland, RMT DOMP MsMsc

Osteopath & Registered Massage Therapist

Denise Holland brings over 30 years of clinical experience, combining Massage Therapy, advanced Osteopathic Manual Practice, and intuitive bodywork to help clients who feel "stuck" - whether through unresolved pain, chronic tension, or blocked energy.

Her career began in 1997 at the University of Toronto Athletics Centre and Lyndhurst Hospital for Spinal Cord Injuries. A deep curiosity about persistent trigger points later led her to Matrix Repatterning and Manual Osteopathy, reshaping her understanding of how the body heals.

Today, Denise practices BioIntuitive Therapy - unhurried 75–90 minute sessions blending soft tissue release, fascial unwinding, scar tissue work, lymphatic flow, and meridian balancing, guided by her ability to sense the body's subtle signals. Clients often say an hour with Denise is like 10 massages in one.

With over 6,000 hours of advanced training in myofascial therapy and chronic pain care, she has taught postgraduate courses in Rekinetix, Shockwave, and Low-Level Laser Therapy, and served as a professor in Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathic programs. She's also the founder of Echo Ridge Academy, mentoring massage therapists advancing into Osteopathic Manual Practice.

Outside her practice, Denise is completing her Canine Osteopathy diploma and enjoys the outdoors with her two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
